Description:This occupation requires the operation and maintenance of high pressure steam boilers, air compressors, refrigeration equipment, reciprocating and centrifugal chillers and water pumps.
This occupation also requires the servicing, repair, overhaul and adjustment of stationary facility equipment and their accessories.
Must be able to work any rotating shift.
Basic Qualifications:Experience operating and maintaining large chillers, both low and high pressure, and the associated chilled water system and ancillary equipment.
Must possess or obtain an EPA Universal Refrigerant License before the 120-day Probationary Period is over.
Experience operating and maintaining high pressure water tube boilers, centrifugal pumps, and all associated steam and condensate system equipment.
Experience with pneumatic controls for associated valves and actuators installed on plant equipment.
Desired Skills:Experience with High C.F.M centrifugal, scroll and reciprocating air compressors.
Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS), Siemens Insight , or other energy management control systems.
Experience utilizing CMMS system for tracking labor, ordering parts, and completing work orders.
Basic computer skills I.E. Microsoft Office suite.
Monitors, records and maintains proper water treatment in central plant systems.
Experience using Power and Hand tools.
Experience operating a Computerized Energy Management System identify problems and alarms and carrying out corrective actions.
Experience with steam venturi vacuum generation systems.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
