Description:You will be the Capture Management Director, F-35 Domestic Business Development for the Domestic Team. Our team is responsible for developing and maintaining key customer relationships with US services and USG stakeholders on the F-35 program, driving business growth and positioning Lockheed Martin Aeronautics (LM Aero) products and services as preferred solutions.
What You Will Be Doing:
As the F-35 Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading the domestic team and serving as the primary interface for Business Development with US services and USG stakeholders on the F-35 program.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and executing comprehensive US service strategic plans to position F-35 and LM Aero aircraft and sustainment products and services as preferred solutions.
• Building and maintaining key long-term customer relationships with US services, including key decision makers, potential business partners, and end users of LM products.
• Analyzing potential markets and creating long-range plans to drive business growth, gaining senior leadership concurrence and support.
• Leading and managing a team of professionals, recruiting, training, and developing assigned personnel to ensure a high-performing team.
This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently possess and be able to maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Basic Qualifications:• Aerospace industry, LM Aero product and domestic fighter aircraft market experience.
• Experience in the capture of large DoD acquisition programs.
• Customer/stakeholder interface experience.
• Experience in US fighter aircraft employment and sustainment.
• Experience with US Department of Defense (DOD) and U.S services (USAF, USN, USMC) organization, operations, plans, policies and budgeting processes; intimate working knowledge of DOD and US services acquisition processes; working knowledge of Congressional oversight of DOD acquisition programs. Thorough knowledge of Aero lines of business, especially F-35.
• Leadership experience.
• Bachelor's Degree
Desired Skills:• 20+ years of experience in fighter aircraft operations, employment and sustainment. Former Weapons Instructor, Weapons School Instructor, or Test Pilot with Command and high level service and/or Joint Staff experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and influence decision makers across the US domestic stakeholder landscape for F-35.
• Demonstrated ability in Full Spectrum Leadership.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
