Description:Multi-Functional Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager- Level 4
This Position will be the Production Control Leader for a specific business unit on the F35 Program. Basic responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
What You Will Be DoingServe as the POC of Production Control for the PPMT.
Interface directly with all levels of Management, including cross-functional integration.
Manage Manpower Matrix and budgetary activity.
Ensure all the right material is in the right place at the right time / material metric impact management.
Review and take action as required on previous week unplanned adds.
Manage accuracy for system integrity for PPMT.
Review schedule stability.
Review and validate material shortage impacts to EAC's with CAM.
Review Operating Supply previous month actuals
Validate Planning factors are accurate for PLS and Operating Supplies (Consumables & Perishable Tools).
Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in US as a permanent resident. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Discover Marietta.Basic Qualifications:Experience in a production environment.
Experience in least two of the following areas: procurement, engineering release, bill of material structure and or production operating processes.
Experience in direct leadership of subordinate employees.
Desired Skills:Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
Green Belt certified.
Production Operations / Production Control experience.
Knowledge of management in a union environment and demonstrated leadership skills to manage represented personnel.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
Working knowledge of aeronautics systems; SAP, Cribmaster, QADS, SFM.
Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience with support equipment and manufacturing test equipment.
Successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, mediation and conflict resolution skills and negotiation skills
Strong communication skills, both oral and written along with presentation experience and skills.
APICS / CPIM Certifications preferred.
Demonstrated professional experience with SAP operating software, including transactional acumen.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
