Job Summary
Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex applications using Salesforce and OmniStudio. This role involves full lifecycle development, technical leadership, and collaboration with business and IT teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, code, test, and debug complex application programs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions with business goals
- Lead development efforts using OmniStudio components and Salesforce Business Rules Engine
- Provide post-implementation support and mentor junior developers
- Ensure documentation, testing, and deployment standards are met
Required Skills & Technologies
- 6+ years of experience with OmniStudio (Data Raptors, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Flex Cards)
- 2+ years with Salesforce Business Rules Engine
- Strong experience with Apex, LWC, VisualForce, and JavaScript
- Proven ability to design scalable solutions and troubleshoot complex systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $53.00 - $57.00 per hour
