The US base salary range for this full-time position is $131,000-$192,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Advise Google Cloud AI leadership and hiring managers on talent strategy, organizational structure, and market insights.
- Optimize interview processes and technical assessments through collaboration with interviewers.
- Streamline hiring operations cross-functionally with HR and Compensation for a seamless experience.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and present data-driven reports to identify improvements and inform strategies.
