About your role:
You will be an essential part of Fiserv's cybersecurity operations, ensuring the protection and integrity of our information systems. Your responsibilities will include monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security threats while helping to develop strategies to prevent future vulnerabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust security measures, contributing to our clients' trust in our digital solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Leverage your cybersecurity expertise to design and implement advanced security solutions.
- Develop and support existing ServiceNow SecOps applications in use including Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response.
- Support and build integrations between applications and web services via REST APIs
- Assess security vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security practices across all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Review security data and tool outputs to identify control gaps, policy deviations, and threats to continuously enhance security controls.
- Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends and threats and apply this knowledge to enhance security measures.
Experience you’ll need to have:
- 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
- 2+ years of experience with scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or Bash.
- 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow Platform development.
- 2+ years of experience with ticketing processes, workflows, and cross-department collaboration within cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.
- 4+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- CISA, CISM, CISSP, CCSP, or similar certifications.
