Senior Salesforce Administrator
Location: Remote (United States or Canada)
Travel: Up to 20% (U.S. domestic)
Reports to: Director, Salesforce Revenue

We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own the design, configuration, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem—including Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud—ensuring robust, efficient, and secure lead-to-cash processes. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Billing and Product to build automations, improve data governance, and streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure Salesforce solutions that scale with business needs and support cross-functional workflows.
- Act as a trusted advisor to global stakeholders—translating business requirements into actionable platform solutions.
- Leverage automations to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
- Maintain documentation, configuration standards, and change control practices.
- Proactively identify usability gaps or adoption challenges and resolve with empathetic, structured solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance through proactive validation rules, deduplication tools, and data quality initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with developers, admins, analysts, and project managers across the tech and business organization to align on priorities and execute efficiently.
Qualifications Required
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a complex, multi-cloud environment
- Proven experience supporting CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions
- Deep understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes and data flows
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills—from C-suite to front-line reps
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and multiple solution paths—knows how to balance speed with sustainability
- Familiarity with change management best practices in a matrixed, global organization
- Gearset experience preferred
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
Work Environment & Expectations
- Hybrid or remote work supported
- Occasional U.S. travel (up to 20%) for team meetings, planning sessions, and stakeholder engagement

The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate’s compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position. Datasite reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
$83,800.00 - $141,500.00
