About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a highly motivated individual with deep experience advising senior leadership and leading cross-functional teams on high impact business strategies and initiatives. This specific role is focused on driving National Branch strategic
Reporting and Business Review initiatives ensuring alignment to our strategy, monitoring effectiveness and employee feedback, building training and communication plans in partnership with relevant owners and stakeholders.
In this role, you will:- Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
- Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
- Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
Required Qualifications:- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Experience with financial services and branch network operations, with a focus on leveraging operational insights to support reporting, performance analysis, and strategic business reviews across the National Branch Network
- Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to distill complex reporting and performance data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Advanced proficiency in developing and delivering business reviews, including quarterly and ad hoc executive updates, with a focus on strategic impact and business outcomes.
- Expertise in data storytelling and visualization, using tools like PowerPoint to guide the structure and narrative of presentations, even when not directly producing the underlying reports.
- Ability to identify reporting needs and key performance insights, collaborating with analytics and reporting teams to ensure the right data is surfaced for business reviews and decision-making.
- Proven ability to synthesize large volumes of data into concise summaries, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across business units or initiatives.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally to gather inputs, validate data, and ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting deliverables.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of connecting reporting insights to broader business goals and recommending forward-looking actions.

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$139,000.00 - $260,000.00
