Job Summary:
The Warehouse Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the warehouse facility. This role ensures that workspaces are clean, organized, and free of hazards, contributing to a safe and efficient operational environment.
Payrate: $17.00 - $18.00 Hourly

Basic Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required and on the job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications: • Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, and dust warehouse floors, walls, and surfaces.
- Sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and high-touch areas.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, sweepers, and vacuums.
- Restock cleaning supplies and report shortages or maintenance issues.
- Handle spills and hazardous materials safely and promptly.
- Maintain cleaning logs and records as required.
- Assist with general warehouse organization and other tasks as needed.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous janitorial or sanitation experience (warehouse or industrial setting) is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
