What you will do:
Drive Sales Efficiency & Merchant Success
Proactively schedule and confirm appointments with merchants, especially those who are hard to reach
Reschedule missed or canceled appointments and keep calendars optimized
Support Business Consultants with lead follow-up and appointment readiness
Gain exposure to field sales activities by shadowing Business Consultants and participating in merchant interactions
Enhance Merchant Onboarding & Experience
Send welcome emails and guide merchants through the “What’s Next” process
Assist in scheduling activation appointments and follow-ups
Communicate program benefits such as the M2M referral program
Support Account Management & Operations
Help with basic account maintenance tasks (e.g., DDA changes, entitlement additions)
Submit and follow up on FDIS support tickets (e.g., refunds, call tags)
Track and follow up on Clover Capital offers
What you will need to have:
High School Diploma or GED
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience in a customer-facing or support role
Comfort with digital tools (Calendly, email, CRM systems)
What would be great to have:
Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
3+ years of sales experience, particularly in consultative and relationship-driven roles.
Proven ability to design strategies that drive pipeline growth and revenue.
