What does a successful Client Solutions Consultant do at Fiserv?
As a successful Client Solutions Consultant in the Issuing organization, you will ensure that Fiserv delivers on its commitments to our clients. You will serve a meaningful role in driving solutions while ensuring client satisfaction and partnership with stakeholders across the company.
What you will do:
- Interact with clients to understand their specific business needs and challenge and recommend solutions that align with Fiserv product offerings. This role will support the plastics manufacturing and personalization business
- Develop and present tailored solutions based on customer requirements, considering factors like functionality, cost and compliance
- Support various internal teams through the sales cycle including, but not limited to, sales, proposal management, and product
- Work with product and technology teams to determine options which may require future development or new offering opportunities
- Learn, understand and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for current Fiserv solution offerings across the plastics business
What you will need to have:
- Knowledge of Plastic Manufacturing & Personalization, (e.g., credit card and debit card) operations and related systems
- Strong experience in relationship building, with both Internal and External business partners
- 8+ years of an equivalent combination of educational, work and/or military experience
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field required
- Knowledge of Fiserv and/or Industry for Plastics operations and related systems
- Strong experience in relationship building with both Internal and External business partners
What would be great to have:
- Customer consulting experience
- Background and experience generating revenue growth for clients by finding opportunities to utilize product or service functions
- Experience with championing and providing consulting recommendations to support system enhancements/modernization
