- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering and Data Science to design and scale fraud detection models, decision engines, and monitoring systems.
- Collaborate with Product teams to embed and commercialize fraud mitigation capabilities in value-added products, with initial focus on Closed-Loop Gift Cards.
- Leverage GenAI and automation to streamline manual review, reduce fraud-related operating expenses, and improve efficiency of fraud operations.
- Oversee end-to-end fraud risk management for Gift Card and other value-added products, including strategy, controls, investigations, and fraud P&L.
- Serve as an industry expert, engaging directly with clients to advise, solution, and strengthen their fraud defenses.
- Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment across fraud strategies, policies, and operational practices.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement in fraud risk management
What you will need to have:
- 8+ years of experience in fraud risk management in payments, digital products, or gift card ecosystems.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field and/or equivalent military experience.
- 3+ years of experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and working closely with technology and direct reports.

- Knowledge of current fraud trends and fraud schemes affecting digital products and payment ecosystems.
