Description: You will be a System Integration, Test, and Evaluation (IT&E) Engineer at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in Orlando, FL or Grand Prairie, TX, serving as the Environmental DVT Engineer, leading the RF Sensor Product Center in Design Verification Testing (DVT) across various missile flight environments. What You Will Be Doing
As an Environmental DVT Engineer, you will be responsible for:
• Developing and executing DVT plans to verify RF Sensor product performance in various environmental conditions, such as temperature, vibration, and humidity
• Collaborating with design IPTs to understand test requirements and ensure compliance with product specifications
• Designing and implementing test fixtures, test procedures, and test scripts to support DVT activities
• Analyzing test data and providing recommendations for product design improvements
• Developing a comprehensive plan for production latent manufacturing defect testing, including identification of potential defects and development of test methods to detect them
• Planning and executing Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT) to identify product weaknesses and improve overall reliability
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and test engineering, to ensure seamless integration of DVT activities
• Traveling to internal Lockheed Martin facilities as needed to support testing and collaboration with other teams

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field

• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools, such as LabVIEW or TestStand
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as MATLAB or Python
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex test data and provide recommendations for product design improvements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail, with ability to ensure accurate and reliable test results

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
