Description:What You Will Be Doing: Join the Lockheed Martin Digital Sustainment & Analytics (DSA) organization supporting the wide range of both internal and external customers on the Sustainment Integrated Tools & Engineering team. The selected candidate will be a leader on the Sustainment Integrated Tools & Engineering team as the Product Engineering and Sustainment Manager:
• Represent the organization across multiple supportability and sustainment focused projects with other Lockheed Martin business units, teams, customers and the government.
• Perform quality reviews/audits and establish recurring performance improvement plans for supportability of the product/tools using engineering for sustainment and integrated logistics principles.
• Lead & Manage daily/weekly business rhythm meetings, plans and schedules and drive execution reviews across a dynamic and multidisciplined organization
• Manage and prioritize hardware and software sustainment DMSMS/R&M degraders and effective insertion into Maintenance Systems roadmap
• Provide daily direction/leadership to assigned multidiscipline engineers managing the touchpoints, handoffs and integration between multiple teams within the Program Management, Government and Engineering Architecture teams.
• Provide formal weekly and monthly status for assigned projects and support the overall team execution upstream to leadership and customers.
• Conduct and support customer/leadership weekly, monthly, quarterly technical Interchange Meetings(TIMs) relative to assigned projects, demonstrations and integration events.
• Coordinate the overall integration of roadmaps and integrated master schedules across the Maintenance Systems and Sustainment Integrated Tools & engineering teams.
• Manage hardware and software technical refresh, license renewals and DMS Plans across multiple production and sustainment contracts.
• Drive product engineering oversight and roadmaps for new design, infrastructure and digital tools across multiple platforms and new business.
Candidate must have the ability to work in a team environment within various functional areas such as software/hardware development, logistics supportability analysis, IT system hardware technical refresh, production support, and engineering for sustainment.

Basic Qualifications:• Experience in logistics supportability analysis and integrated logistics support principles.
• Experience with hardware and software sustainment, including Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) and/or Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) degraders and maintenance systems.
• Experience with IT system hardware technology refresh planning and management
• Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplined teams, including engineers. logistics and/or technical staff.
• Strong Earned Value Management (EVM) background and/or Cost account management experience.
• Experience with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) inputs and dependency planning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with customers, government agencies, and internal stakeholders.
Desired Skills:• Experience with daily/weekly business rhythm meetings, plans, and schedules.
• Proposal experience and Basis of Estimate (BOE) authoring, reviews and approvals
• Experience is IT hardware advanced design and infrastructure supporting military users (e.g. 5G.mil, disconnected operations, contested logistics)
• Experience with Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) management, planning, execution and delivery.
• Experience with software management tools (e.g. JIRA, Git, Hive, etc.)
• Experience with implementing and managing a quality management process across multidisciplined teams adhering to AS-9100 standards.
• Software and/or IT license management and renewals

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
