Wells Fargo is seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Lead Service Management Consultant to drive insights and improvements across our Secure Network Services. This role will serve as a subject matter expert in service management and process improvement - with a focus on problem analysis and trending. The ideal candidate will not only bring deep technical expertise in a large IT environment but also demonstrate strong leadership in cross-functional collaboration, project execution, executive level program updates, and risk acumen. This role is pivotal in ensuring our processes and services are secure, efficient, and constantly evolving to meet our customers' needs.

In this role, you will:- Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence plans, specifications, resource needs, and goals for multi-faceted, highly complex, or long-term risk mitigation and control strategies on behalf of the business
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex current and emerging risks which require understanding of business-specific knowledge related to financial crimes, operational risk, audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, IT, systems security, business process management, and applicable business acumen
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large-scale, multi-faceted, long-term, or companywide strategies
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers companywide and serve as an expert advisor to leadership
Required Qualifications:- 7+ years of risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 7+ years of experience in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in a large technology organization
- 7+ years of experience in correlating and delivering program updates to executive leaders on large-scale technology initiatives
- 7+ years of experience in leading transformational change and executing organizational development plans
- 5+ years of experience in performing root cause analysis across multiple types of technologies
Desired Qualifications:- Strong understanding of technology acumen and ITIL concepts, especially in network and network security
- Strong understanding of process improvement and risk management frameworks
- Expert ability to analyze data to measure success and make business decisions
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with various levels and third parties
- Commitment to continuously learn and grow with the organization
- Experience in developing or supporting technology for critical, highly regulated industries, such as the financial industry
