Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.
Job Description
The Advertising & Partnerships Insights & Measurement team seeks a Partner Lead (Manager level) to join the growing Impact Innovation team and accelerate the development of always-on, scalable, full-funnel campaign measurement solutions.
The team is focused on advancing the future of campaign effectiveness measurement across the NBCUniversal portfolio. This includes identifying, evaluating, and implementing innovative solutions that showcase the impact of marketers’ media investments. This work directly supports our sales teams in securing premium sponsorship budgets and performance marketing spend.
You will be responsible for supporting the measurement solutioning to meet strategic business objectives, to develop an always-on measurement suite supporting clients with varying goals: boosting awareness (e.g., brand lift), driving consideration (e.g., search lift) and optimizing towards conversion (e.g., app downloads).
You will tap into experienced individuals to participate in the end-to-end journey of enabling new solutions: incubation, testing, POC implementation, scaled enablement and training. You will bring their marketplace knowledge to a cross-functional role to drive new always-on and scalable solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Leads the enablement, testing and analysis to vet new solutions digging into the data and underlying methodology
- Contributes to a multi-year measurement strategy aligned to evolving business goals
- Partners across various Sales, Account Management, Product and Campaign Insights teams to build roadmap and feedback loop
- Develops and demonstrates deep knowledge of managed solutions and NBCUniversal’s cross-platform ad-tech stack
- Cultivates and leads enterprise measurement partnerships across a diverse set of vendors
- Negotiates and launches new vendor deals collaborating with key stakeholders
- Provides leadership updates on measurement growth strategies
- Identifies and resolves issues, escalating recommendations to leadership
- Engages with internal stakeholders and outside vendors to ensure project milestones are adhered to
Qualifications
- Four-year degree (B.A., B.S.) from an accredited college or university
- 5+ years experience supporting media effectiveness measurement at an Ad Tech / MarTech Company, Digital Media Agency, Consulting / Strategy Firm or Tech Company
- Experience in partner management or business development within ad-tech
- Familiarity with latest ad tech trends including privacy-centric ad tech tools (e.g., data clean rooms), understanding of server-side conversion tracking (e.g., conversion APIs)
- Must be well versed in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and an expert in Microsoft Excel (formatting, creating charts/graphs, pivot tables and formulas); data processing skills a plus

- Experience within performance-driven advertising environments
- Proven data analyzation, interpretation and visualization skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure, set priorities, handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Proven ability to work in a cross-functional role
Additional Requirements:
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. Beginning January 2026, this role will generally contribute from the office a minimum of four days per week.

Salary range: $95,000 - $120,000 (bonus eligible)
