Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers through outbound calls, promoting our products and services, and closing deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to "warm" prospective customers to promote our service.
- Utilize effective communication techniques to engage with potential clients and understand their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update Salesforce with relevant information.
- Follow up on warm leads generated from marketing campaigns.
- Negotiate terms and close sales by effectively addressing customer inquiries and objections.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
Requirements
- No prior experience in sales or telemarketing necessary. Training provided.
- Ability to make a high volume of calls and texts each day.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections.
- High level of motivation and a strong desire to achieve targets.
