Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team. The role of the Chief Operations Officer includes the design, refinement, and integration of organization wide, cross-functional systems and processes to ensure alignment and increased operational efficiency. This leadership role requires a visionary with a strong background in banking operations management and a proven track record of implementing change management strategies. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the branch network and other service operations of the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Leverage data to drive key operational decisions.
- Manage senior leaders, providing guidance and support in achieving departmental objectives.
- Implement change management strategies to facilitate organizational growth and adaptation.
- Foster a culture of process improvement by identifying areas for enhancement across all operations.
- Collaborate with other executives to develop strategic plans that align with the company’s vision.
Experience
- 10 years of proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably as a COO or in similar positions within the banking industry.
- Strong background in operations management, with demonstrated success in change management initiatives.
- Expertise in strategic planning, business development, and project management.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience supervising diverse teams across various functions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving operational excellence through effective management practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
