The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies that drive sales, enhance customer engagement, and accelerate growth across the Upper Midwest region. This role is crucial to the Commercial Americas growth strategy and is part of the Trane commercial business marketing team. You will act as a strategic marketing partner, playing a key role in solidifying Trane’s reputation as an industry leader.
The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies that drive sales, enhance customer engagement, and accelerate growth across the Upper Midwest region. This role is crucial to the Commercial Americas growth strategy and is part of the Trane commercial business marketing team. You will act as a strategic marketing partner, playing a key role in solidifying Trane’s reputation as an industry leader.
You will collaborate closely day-to-day with the regional leadership, sales and marketing teams to support and improve the engagement strategies, develop meaningful relationships with key customers, influencers, and community associations, and increase connections within the market. Backed by the global Trane marketing organization, you will have the support and resources to bring the Trane brand to life and make a significant impact on our business within the region.
We are seeking someone who prioritizes strategic leadership, ensures sales alignment, and drives select tactical initiatives.
- Strategic Leadership & Collaboration
- Develop and implement regional strategic marketing plans aligned with market needs and regional goals.
- Serve as a strategic marketing advisor to the regional leadership team, influencing business strategy and supporting high-impact decisions.
- Attend and contribute to strategic meetings; prioritize activities/projects that align with regional goals.
- Connect master Trane brand and messaging at the regional level, ensuring integration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Execution & Management
- Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Oversee the regional events strategy, incorporating both Trane-hosted (in-person, virtual, and hybrid) events and collaborations with third-party vendors

- Effectively prioritize, allocate, and utilize resources for maximum impact.
Customer Engagement & Brand Building
- Foster relationships with key customers, influencers, and community/industry associations.

What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5+ years B2B field marketing experience.
- Proven expertise developing and executing multi-channel, integrated marketing programs, and managing events that drive customer engagement and pipeline growth.
- Preferred experience with marketing technology (Marketo, Salesforce, Wrike, Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, DemandBase, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable interpreting data and using ROI insights to guide decision-making.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and team-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust as a strategic partner to Sales teams.
- Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments, juggling multiple projects and priorities.
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $97,550-132,500
Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
