What does a successful Sales Operations Coordinator do at Fiserv?
This is a great entry-level opportunity! We are looking for driven candidates who want to jump-start their career through an operational role supporting our sales executives. The Sales Operation Coordinator is responsible for assisting our sales reps with getting accounts approved by working hand in hand with our Underwriting team. The role will also consist of handling operational tasks to ensure our sales reps can operate efficiently. What you will do:
Working with potential customers to get the necessary information and documentation needed to get them through the approval process.
Coordinating and scheduling appointments.
Tracking all contacts and activity in our CRM database.
Working with our internal sales reps and Underwriting team members
Being comfortable engaging customers on the telephone.
Exhibiting outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Performing data entry and cross-checking data across multiple systems.
Demonstrating a high degree of motivation, integrity, and competence to work in a fast-paced team environment.
