Description:You will be a Subcontract Administrator for the Archbald, PA team, responsible for managing complex subcontracts and coordinating procurement efforts across the program. What You Will Be DoingAs a Subcontract Administrator, your responsibilities will include traditional scope of both Subcontract Administrator and Program Procurement Rep roles. You will be responsible for preparing and issuing some Subcontracts and managing higher complexity subcontract efforts throughout execution. You will also be responsible for coordinating varied procurement efforts across the program to ensure on-time delivery and cost/quality targets.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing complex subcontracts, including those with spec-driven requirements and other specific procurements
• Defining requirements for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), analyzing and evaluating proposals, and negotiating subcontract prices
• Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with suppliers, including negotiating modifications and resolving issues
• Confirming and expediting material deliveries to support program production dates
• Leading the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions
• Coordinating non-major subcontract efforts and purchasing activities
• Managing resources, financial controls, and material management
• Ensuring on-time deliveries that meet program requirements
• Adhering to policies, procedures, and government regulations

• Experience working in cross-functional supplier IPT's
• Ability to navigate LM P2P / SAP / Windchill
• Green Belt Certified

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
