Description:Lockheed Martin is looking for a world-class individual to join our Military Operations Analysis team in Fort Worth, Texas. Our team supports analysis across multiple classified programs for both Lockheed Martin and Department of Defense stakeholders with the goal of providing insights and assessments into the effectiveness of Lockheed Martin assets.
What You Will Be Doing:
As a Strategic Operations Research Analyst, you will be responsible for modeling a variety of adversary threats to include surface-to-air missile systems, radars, missiles, Integrated Air Defense Systems (IADS), aircraft and tactics. Your responsibility will include:
• Modeling adversary military capabilities in Advanced Framework for Modeling, Simulation and Integration (AFSIM)
• Conducting quick turn analysis through a variety of tools including Rapid Combat Analysis Tool (RCAT), Joint Anti-Air Model (JAAM), and AFSIM
• Coordinating and integrating with teams across Lockheed Martin to conduct high quality and timely analysis
• Interfacing with internal and external customers and stakeholders ensuring their analysis needs are satisfied

You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree or above in a STEM discipline from an accredited college / university
• Experience in scripting or software development
Desired Skills:• Experience working with intelligence threat data
• Experience modeling foreign military equipment and sensors including Surface-to-Air Missile systems, A2A missiles, radars, etc.
• Experience with GitLab
• Military operations analysis experience using AFSIM
• Scripting/data processing experience (MATLAB, Python, etc.)
• Proficient in analytical methods (e.g. design of experiments, optimization, or statistical analysis)
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Master’s degree or above
• Current DoD Top Secret clearance
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
