Description:WHAT WE'RE DOING
At Lockheed Martin, we’re building and delivering the Air Force’s only dedicated combat search and rescue platform—the HH-60W Jolly Green II, known as the Combat Rescue Helicopter (CRH). With a program of record for 113 aircraft and multiple Foreign Military Sales (FMS) pursuits in development, this platform is a mission-critical asset designed to bring our warfighters home safely.
THE WORK
As the Program Manager for CRH Production, you will lead all aspects of aircraft production, ensuring successful delivery and performance across cost, schedule, and quality. In this high-visibility role, your responsibilities will include:
• Owning and managing the full production lifecycle, from planning through delivery, for the USAF’s fleet and potential FMS programs.
• Ensuring aircraft are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to contractual quality and performance standards.
• Engaging directly with U.S. Government customers, end-users, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on program objectives and priorities.
• Driving strategic initiatives to improve cost competitiveness, efficiency, and long-term sustainability of the production line.
• Supporting capture efforts for future production lots through the development of Basis of Estimates (BOEs), proposal inputs, and negotiation strategies.
• Leading cross-functional efforts to implement aircraft upgrades, mitigate material shortages and obsolescence risks, and ensure production flexibility and resilience.
