About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator as part of the Executive Recruiting team. This role will support Lead Executive Recruiters by coordinating interviews, maintaining confidentiality, and managing key administrative tasks. Serve as a resource for candidates, HR, and Hiring Managers, while providing expertise in executive recruiting processes and collaborating across teams to ensure smooth Talent Acquisition operations.
In this role, you will:- Collaborate with Lead Executive Recruiters on the hiring process and candidate interview coordination while ensuring confidentiality for internal and external candidates
- Serve as an operational and administrative partner to the Lead Executive Recruiters
- Serve as a point of contact and support to candidates, Human Resources staff, and Hiring Managers across the enterprise
- Perform complex administrative transactional, operational, and support tasks related to the broader Talent Acquisition functional area such as executing compliance requirements, relocation, immigration support, scheduling, offer review support and CRM support as needed
- Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced individuals in the broader Talent Acquisition functional area. Be a subject matter expert in the Executive Recruiting process flow and a resource available to the team to assist with the process
- Interact with immediate Recruiting team, functional area, and internal peers outside work group on a wide range of information related to the broader Talent Acquisition functional area
Required Qualifications, US:- 4+ years of Recruiting coordination or administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Demonstrated experience working with senior level executives (SVP and above)
- Excellent organizational skills including ability to manage multiple high-profile priorities in a fast-paced environment with appropriate follow-thru and attention to detail
- Applied experience with compensation plans AND/OR applied experience with professional level candidates
- Extensive experience managing and coordinating complex meeting scheduling and logistics on a national or international basis
- Experience in a fortune 100, highly matrixed corporation
- Proven history of maintaining an extremely high level of confidentiality and demonstrating discernment on sensitive issues
- Ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) that are necessary for a senior executive audience
- Demonstrated ability to consistently apply sound judgment and escalate issues as needed
- Demonstrated analytical abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Highly motivated, self-starter
- Collaborative team player

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$23.08 - $36.54
