The PositionWells Fargo is seeking a visionary and results-driven Senior Executive to lead our Home Lending implementation and execution of the Home Lending Originations platform. This executive will lead a team of managers and senior professionals who will be responsible for driving the transformation of the HL Originations Platform. Key responsibilities for this executive include:
- Strategic Leadership
- Define and communicate a compelling originations transformation vision aligned with Home Lending goals.
- Lead the development and execution of originations transformation roadmap and the implementation and integration of the new Originations platform
- Program Oversight
- Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment with the Transformation Office and executive leadership
- Serve as escalation point for transition issues, risk management, and vendor coordination
- Ensure compliance with change risk management policies and procedures
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with business leaders, other product owners, and external consultants to ensure buy-in and accountability
Required Qualifications:- 8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of management experience
Desired Qualifications: - Extensive leadership experience in Mortgage or Home Lending
- Proven success in leading large-scale transformation and delivering measurable business results.
- Experience with key stakeholders including legal, compliance, and audit teams to proactively manage risk and deliver results
- Deep knowledge of mortgage origination, servicing, capital markets, and investor/regulatory environments.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing large P&Ls.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving and execution skills; insight and ability to proactively identify opportunities to innovate and improve the business
- Exceptional people leadership, relationship development and negotiating skills; ability to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and teams
- Proven experience in collaborating across teams and lines of business within large organizations
- Strong proficiency with executive-level presentation materials and briefings, and the ability to simplify complex subject matter into digestible executive communications
- Ability to challenge current wisdom and ignite passion for change
- Passion for customer experience, digital innovation, and operational excellence.
- Ability to influence at the C-suite and Board level.
- Skilled in balancing short-term wins with long-term value creation.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced settings.
Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$250,000.00 - $420,000.00
