In this role, you will:- Serve as the Single Point of Coordination for the customer
- Lead complex initiatives and implement Treasury Management products and service
- Apply project management methodology to facilitate complex implementations, establishing timelines, and tracking ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery
- Identify, and provide effective training methods for our customers
- Collaborate and consult with peers and partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines and new surroundings while meeting customer's needs
- Participate in process improvement or product development and enhancements
Required Qualifications:- 2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- 2+ years of Treasury Management experience
- Strong Treasury Management knowledge and experience
- Previous project management experience
- Previous leadership experience with the ability to make decisions
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in an ever-changing environment
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills to manage time, prioritize, and delegate tasks in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Extensive experience in asking questions and identifying complex financial needs in order to provide relevant options to customers
- Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers, peers and partners

Salary Range: - El Monte, CA: $82,000.00 - $125,000.00 Annually
- Minneapolis, MN: $75,000.00 - $114,000.00 Annually
- All other locations: $68,000.00 - $104,000.00 Annually
Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
