About the Role
We're searching for a passionate Manager of Developer Relations to lead our growing Developer Relations team at Workday, focusing on our innovative Flowise platform. In this role you'll be the driving force behind building and nurturing a thriving community of developers who leverage Flowise to build groundbreaking solutions.
Leadership & Strategy
Define and execute the overall strategy for Developer Relations, aligning with product roadmap and business objectives
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Developer Advocates, Instructional Designers, and Community Managers
Manage budgets and resource allocation for the Developer Relations team.
Track and analyze key metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of Developer Relations initiatives
Be a thought leader in the Developer Relations space, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices
Community Building & Engagement
Cultivate a vibrant and engaged community of developers through online forums, meetups, hackathons, and other relevant channels
Develop and implement programs and initiatives that foster deeper engagement within the developer community
Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers and thought leaders within the developer ecosystem
Content & Evangelism
Oversee the creation of high-quality technical content, including tutorials, sample code, documentation, blog posts, and videos, to empower developers at every stage of their journey
Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demos for conferences, webinars, and other industry events
Advocate for Flowise externally, highlighting its capabilities and value proposition to the developer community
Collaboration & Advocacy
Be a strong advocate for developers internally, providing feedback and insights from the community to influence product development and improve the developer experience
Establish strong cross-functional relationships with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and drive adoption.
About You
Basic Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Evangelism, or a similar role
3+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing teams
Other Qualifications
BS / BA, MS / MA degree or equivalent work experience
Experience working with developer communities, bonus point for previous experience working with open source developer community.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and technologies
Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
