DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Intake Logistics Call Agent for our Distribution business.
Position is a hybrid role and can be worked remotely from any US CSSNA location or home. Occasional time in branch may be required.
Working hours to be dictated by normal business hours in the time zone covered by this position. This position will primarily support branches operating in Eastern and Central time zones.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :
- Constant communication with customers
- Support all CSSNA branch shop service calls
- Scheduling repairs and service events
- Providing customer status updates
- Working with branch service support on all shop repairs
RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- QuickServe
- Guidanz
- BMS
- Microsoft Applications, including Teams
- Warranty knowledge
- Customer service support skills
- Must be self-motivated Education, Licenses, Certifications: Technical trade school/ vocational diploma or certification or equivalent experience required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience: Requires significant and/or in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training.
