What you´ll do
- Help transform the ACM general manufacturing and maintenance adhesive NA business by joining a revenue generating Inside Sales team focused on leveraging data driven customer insights and accelerating digital demand generation.
- Drive sales growth opportunities with assigned customers, distributors, and sales region.
- Maintain, develop existing customer base, and acquire new customers aligned with regional go-to-market strategy.
- Proactively build, maintain, and grow assigned customer and distributor relationships through sales prospecting campaigns.
- Manage marketing qualified leads for assigned customers, distributors, and further qualify field sales leads for Territory Sales Engineer hand-off.
- Achieve/overachieve key performance indicator targets and sales metrics.
- Collaborate with Technical Information Services, Field Sales, Marketing, and Channel Management teams to support regional business development programs and campaigns.
- Actively contribute support and expertise to deliver an amazing customer experience.
- Analyze sales and market model data to provide actionable customer insights.
