The Multi-Domain Solutions Division at Leidos currently has an opening for a Windows Active Directory Domain Engineer to work in our Orlando, Florida office.
Primary Responsibilities
The Test team within the Digital Infrastructure Network Integration Lab (DI-NIL) will be responsible for maintaining the DI-NIL architecture and services. There are levels of support needed throughout to include Windows AD layout and configuration to include structure and compliance configurations as well as day-to-day management and review of the architecture.
The DI-NIL support effort will also include working with customers to ensure the needed environment is configured properly and access has been configured to allow a least privilege concept during stakeholder activities within the environment.
Full documentation of builds and configurations utilized within the environment are mandatory as well as process flow documentation to ensure all required tasks are documented and repeatable.
High level tasking for this team will include the following:
Build and configure an Active Directory architecture to support access and authentication within the DI-NIL environment
Configure Windows based authentication to work with RedHat Linux and other systems within the environment for utilizing AD for authentication
Manage day-to-day operations of the AD architecture as well as review logs for potential issues
Report and record all issues within the approved ticketing system to allow for ug/defect management and correction
Work with stakeholders to understand access and authentication requirements for test environments being built within the DI-NIL space
Work with other team members to ensure all IA compliance actions are completed on time and are reported correctly
Interface with vendors and facilitate integration into a larger system-of-systems model
Identify test methodology to verify and validate systems efficiently to include regression testing, pass/fail, and deficiency remediation
Facilitate working groups and information exchange in support of program objectives
Support the development and maintenance of system integration plans and system test plans
Build and support a culture grounded in the Leidos values, beliefs and expectations and highest standards of ethical and respectful behavior
Basic Qualifications
Must possess a minimum of a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or master’s degree with 6+ years of prior relevant experience or demonstratable years of experience as a Subject Matter Expert
Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
Experience with Azure AD Connect (AADC) and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
Strong understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP).
Proven experience in designing and deploying AD in large-scale or enterprise environments.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Demonstrable experience in design review participation and providing customer centric input
Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with customer representatives, domain experts, and other systems engineers in the development of complex DoD systems.
Demonstrated ability to participate in cross-functional planning, coordination, and task execution situations involving the full spectrum of system integration activities.
Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
Demonstrated experience with Agile program execution and using agile tools (e.g. Jira and Confluence)
Mid-level understanding of government systems security testing (ACAS/Nessus) and remediation – ability to discuss security issues and concerns
Demonstrated ability to brief technical and non-technical customers
Ability to achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction and maintain Leidos positive brand recognition
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working on ABMS or JADC2 initiatives
Minimum of 4 years of government systems security testing (ACAS/Nessus) and remediation with the ability to discuss security issues and concerns
Prior experience designing and deploying networks
Prior experience with SAFe Agile implementation
Prior experience support Department of the Air Force programs
Previous experience working on complex multi-domain systems
Experience with design and validation of Cloud and Edge Computing and Network
Experience with design and validation of Cloud and Edge Computing and Network
Demonstrable knowledge in test automation and test result analysis
Demonstrable experience in network topologies to validate functionality, performance, stability and scalability of features and products.
Proven expertise in creating test methodologies and writing test specifications
Experience in Integration, test, verification, and validation

Pay Range:
Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
