This high-impact role is part of a major program supporting Air Combat Command’s (ACC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission—one of the most critical and fast-evolving domains in national defense. Primary Responsibilities
Deliver formal Initial Qualification Training (IQT) to personnel supporting platform- and weapon system-specific ISR operations at the Squadron, Operational Support Squadron, Group, or Wing level.
Design and update course materials, develop immersive training exercises, and ensure curriculum reflects the latest technologies, systems, and tools.
Lead pre-mission briefings and administer academic testing to assess readiness and retention.
Train on advanced ISR topics including RADAR/IR theory, SIGINT, GEOINT, Special Payloads, Weapons Capabilities and Threats, Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment, and key Air Force mission sets such as ISR, Close Air Support, Combat Search and Rescue, Counter-land, Counter-Sea, and Strike Coordination and Reconnaissance.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience. (Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.)
Proven instructor experience.
Active TS/SCI security clearance required on day one.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $80,600.00 - $145,700.00
