Drive proof-of-concepts, vendor evaluations, and roadmap alignment to ensure tools deliver enterprise value.
Architect and oversee migrations of network tools and services from on-premises to cloud-native environments.
Embed automation-first practices into service design, operations, administration, and user access.
Strengthen security controls across tools, including RBAC, patching, OS lifecycle management, and vulnerability remediation.
Guide peers and partner teams, providing mentorship while standardizing services into scalable global offerings.
Influence and articulate service direction, aligning with ITIL and enterprise governance while engaging executives, managers, and technical peers.

Strong communication skills, able to explain technical strategies across both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred:
Experience migrating network tools into cloud-native environments.
Familiarity with multi-cloud networking and integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of network observability strategies and how tools and network telemetr contribute to visibility.
Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git-based workflows, infrastructure-as-code).
