Job Summary Details:
The Floor Technician is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all flooring surfaces within a facility. This includes tasks such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, buffing, and vacuuming floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Location: Denver & Surrounding areas
Shift: Open availability
Payrate: $19 - $21 Hourly

Basic Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older
• Floor Tech experience required.
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications: • Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience
Position Summary:
The Floor Technician is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all flooring surfaces within a facility. This includes tasks such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, buffing, and vacuuming floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain various types of flooring (tile, carpet, hardwood, concrete, etc.)
- Operate floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, extractors, and vacuums
- Strip, wax, and polish floors as needed
- Spot clean carpets and perform deep carpet cleaning
- Follow safety procedures and use appropriate signage when working
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors
- Ensure compliance with company standards and health regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in floor care or janitorial services is a plus
- Ability to operate and maintain floor care equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment
- Good communication and time management skills
Work Environment:
- May involve working evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts
- Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
