What does a great Senior Director, Finance, Print do?
As a Senior Director, Finance, Print, you will lead the financial strategy and decision support for the Print Business within the Issuer Solutions Division, providing clients with print and digital statements, mailing services, and related products. You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, pricing support, capital expenditures, and drive initiatives to meet performance objectives. Partnering with the leadership team, you will drive profitable growth for the business.
Fiserv’s Output Solutions businesses provide business communication products and services to clients across a wide variety of industries. Our products and services include electronic document management through our electronic document delivery products and services; card manufacturing, personalization and mailing; statement production and mailing; design and fulfillment of direct mail services; forms distribution; and laser printing and mailing.
What you will do:
- Lead financial strategy, planning, and decision support.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Drive pricing strategies and support for various products and services.
- Identify and implement initiatives to achieve performance goals.
- Manage capital expenditures to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage and develop a team of direct reports.
What you will need to have:
- 8+ years of experience in forecasting, planning, and financial reporting.
- Experience in preparing management reports and analysis.
- Experience in creating complex reports/models using Excel.
- Experience managing a team of direct reports.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
What would be great to have:
- Power BI experience
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with proven ability to respond flexibly to changing priorities.

- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time and work weekends/evenings, as necessary
