What does a successful Production Associate do at Fiserv?
You will join the team at our Stafford location and receive training on our world class Print Production equipment. You will set up, maintain, and troubleshoot the production machines to produce accurate work on a timely basis. You will cross train in other departments of production and perform other tasks depending on workload.
What you will do:
- Operate a variety of production machines to generate Statement and Invoices.
- Adapt and multitask as production volume changes without advanced notice.
- Conduct quality checks to verify that the production materials are accurate according to the job order.
- Stage materials after job run for warehouse pickup.
- Cross train to learn the operation of other production equipment.
What you will need to have:
- Experience using a computer for data entry.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to perform basic math to support various job responsibilities.
- Ability to stand 95% of your shift and safely lift up to 40 pounds without assistance.
- Must be able to reach above shoulders, climb, squat, kneel and bend often.
What would be great to have:
- A high school diploma, equivalent work, or a combination of work, education and military experience.
- 1 year of experience in a fast-paced production environment.
- 1 year of experience in operating production machines.
Important info about this role:
- Compensation is $ 16 / hour.
- In order to be considered, you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Eligible to earn shift differential pay for working 2nd or 3rd shifts.
- Flexibility in schedule to work required overtime that includes weekends and holidays.
- This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.
