What does a successful Warehouse Associate do at Fiserv?
You will join the team at our Stafford location and will learn to enter the computer inventory and do warehousing tasks like ensuring the proper storage and staging of materials for Print production. You will train and be certified on the forklifts at our facility. You will keep your work environment clean and tidy at all times to comply with all safety rules and procedures.
What you will do:
- Enter inventory into the computer.
- Pick and stage materials for customer orders.
- Ensure customer orders are shipped on time.
- Load and unload trucks for shipping and receiving.
- Inspect inventory, deliveries, and shipments for damage.
- Complete assigned warehouse tasks.
What you will need to have:
- Basic computer experience for data entry.
- Ability to perform basic math to support various job responsibilities.
- Ability to stand 95% of your shift and safely lift up to 40 pounds without assistance.
- Must be able to reach above shoulders, climb, squat, kneel, and bend often.
What would be great to have:
- A high school diploma, equivalent work, or a combination of work, education, and military experience.
- 2+ years of fast-paced production environment operating warehouse equipment.
- 1 year of Inventory and Order Picking experience.
Important info about this role:
- Compensation is $ 16 / hour.
- You will work an assigned schedule of: 3rd Shift, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
- Eligible to earn shift differential pay for working 2nd or 3rd shifts.
- Flexibility in schedule to work required overtime that includes weekends and holidays.
- This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.
