What does a successful Technical Solutions Consultant do?
You'll be part of a technical team that serves as the strategic guide for our key partners, including middleware, software vendors, and third-party service providers. Our role is to provide the support and solutions they need to integrate with our systems, turning complex technical challenges into seamless collaboration.
What You Will Do
Serve as the primary technical consultant, providing hands-on guidance to partners throughout their certification process.
Distill complex business and technical requirements into actionable, clear deliverables.
Evangelize the value of our solutions, confidently speaking to a range of technical and business audiences.
Lead the planning and execution of projects from initial discovery to final product deployment.
Proactively identify and solve technical and integration challenges, acting as the go-to expert for internal and external partners.
What You Will Need To Have
High School Diploma with 4–7 years of relevant experience in a related field.
4+ years in a technical systems role, such as Operations Support, Analysis, Sales, Product, or Project Management.
Exposure to transaction processing systems and formats.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
What Would Be Great To Have
Bachelor’s degree.
B2B Retail or Hospitality System Integration with Hardware, Software, and System Service Agreements.
MS Teams, Salesforce, and DocuSign.
Executing contracts, licenses, and agreements.
Project, product, or service management knowledge.
Business Case Justification and Problem Management Process.
Translating technical challenges and needs into business requirements.
Related banking industry knowledge in POS platforms, retail merchant services, payment transactions, or payment gateways.
