Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Visualization
- Collect, cleanse, and validate real estate portfolio data to track operational supply/demand performance, key KPIs, and market health.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to support strategic storytelling.
- Translate demand forecasts into actionable real estate requirements (expansion, consolidation, sequencing) aligning real estate critical dates and evolving business needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Leverage supply/demand models to create data-driven real estate forecasts that enable cross-functional teams to make informed strategic decisions for future growth and planning.
- Support capital and budget planning processes through scenario modeling and sequencing of moves.
- Collaborate with technology leads to evaluate and implement emerging tools that enhance business processes
- Support ad-hoc strategic projects and contribute to scalable solutions for multi-market occupier engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Information Systems or related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in business analysis, real estate strategy, or management consulting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data modeling; experience with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, SQL, or ESRI preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in client-facing roles and working within cross-functional teams.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 93,500.00 - $110,000.00
