The Assistant Brand Manager supports the Brand Manager in shaping and executing brand strategies that drive growth, consistency, and engagement for Lowe’s Pro Supply This role helps ensure brand integrity across channels, contributes to marketing activations, and partners cross-functionally to deliver value to both internal and external customers.
Essential Functions:
• Assist in the development and execution of brand positioning, identity, and messaging.
• Support brand refreshes, segmentation, and new product/brand initiatives.
• Monitor brand health by collecting customer feedback, competitor insights, and market data.
• Partner with the Brand Manager and cross-functional teams to support execution of annual events, trade shows, and activations.
• Coordinate event logistics, vendor communication, and on-site support to ensure smooth execution.
• Track event budgets and expenses to ensure alignment with forecasted plans.
• Work closely with merchandising, marketing, digital, and operations teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Support product launch activities and ensure alignment on brand standards.
• Serve as a point of coordination between creative, sales, and operations teams.
• Draft creative briefs for campaigns and activations in alignment with the Brand Manager’s direction.
• Translate product features into clear consumer-facing benefits.
• Partner with legal and QA teams to support claim development and compliance.
• Gather and analyze consumer and market insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Support development of business cases and presentations for leadership review.
• Assist in tracking key performance metrics for brand initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of experience in customer marketing, preferably in retail or B2B environments
• Experience writing strategic briefs and leading cross-functional teams.
