The Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to assist the Digital Marketing Manager on digital initiatives that drive engagement, conversion, and loyalty among our professional customers. This role will oversee digital campaigns, content strategy, and performance analytics to elevate Lowe’s Pro Supply’s online presence and support business growth. Drive Performance and Revenue to the bottom line.
Essential Functions:
• Assists in Developing and executing digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email, display, and social media
• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, display, and social media.
• Support content creation, curation, and influencer engagement efforts to enhance visibility on Lowes.com and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Merchandising, Analytics, Content Production) to improve digital merchandising and customer experiences.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing weekly reports and insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Help manage budgets and monitor spend to ensure effective ROI on digital initiatives.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and new opportunities in digital outreach.
• Contribute ideas to omni-channel engagement strategies that increase customer retention and repeat purchase frequency.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, digital tools, and best practices in B2B and retail marketing.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or retail.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe), and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with influencer marketing and content strategy
• Familiarity with home improvement or professional supply markets
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies
• Generate Revenue and Growth thru technology enhancements and innovative tactics
