The Marketing Manager is embedded within agile marketing cross-functional teams focused on delivering personalized, omni-channel experiences for Pro segments such as property managers, contractors, and maintenance professionals
Essential Functions:
· Translate business goals into actionable marketing briefs and campaign strategies
· Align marketing efforts with sales, merchandising teams to ensure cohesive execution
· Develop and optimize omni-channel journeys across email, app, POS, digital, and paid media
· Leverage customer data and analytics to personalize messaging and improve conversion
· Identify growth opportunities within known and unknown customer segments
· Lead the team with recommendations, forward thinking and innovation strategic thought
· Partner with brand marketing, media, IT, finance, and Pro Services to deliver end-to-end customer experiences
· Facilitate rapid test-learn-scale cycles to refine messaging and creative assets
· Monitor KPIs including engagement, sales lift, and margin impact
· Use advanced analytics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement
· Report campaign performance and insights to senior leadership
Minimum Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience
·2–4 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
·Basic knowledge of marketing principles and campaign execution.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with marketing tools (CRM, email platforms, social media management tools).
·Strong written and verbal communication skills.
·Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
·Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
·Experience marketing to professional audiences (e.g., contractors, facilities managers)
·Familiarity with Lowe’s brand, Pro customer segments, and omni-channel retail
·Background in loyalty marketing, CRM, or personalization strategies
