The Creative Marketing Manager’s primary role is to lead the development and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns tailored to Pro customers in the property management, maintenance, and repair sectors. This role blends strategic thinking with creative leadership, driving brand engagement and customer acquisition through innovative storytelling and design.
Essential Functions:
• Develop and lead strategies that resonate with Pro customers (e.g., contractors, property managers, maintenance teams)
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality creative assets
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all Lowe’s Pro Supply touchpoints
• Elevate the Lowe’s Pro Supply brand through storytelling, design innovation, and customer-centric messaging
• Oversee the creative lifecycle from concept to execution, including timelines, budgets, and performance metrics
• Partner with merchandising, sales, and digital teams to align creative efforts with product launches and promotions
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize creative strategies based on data insights
• Foster a collaborative, fast-paced, and results-driven creative culture
• Manage relationships with external creative partners and vendors
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in creative marketing, preferably in retail or B2B environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel campaigns and brand storytelling
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, project management tools, and marketing analytics platforms
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience marketing to professional audiences (e.g., contractors, facilities managers)
• Familiarity with retail media networks and omnichannel marketing
