About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Communications Consultant to join our Field and Client Communication Strategy Team to support our Client Relationship Group within the Wealth & Investment Management organization.
In this role, you will:- Develop strategies and implement communications plans and related pieces to support the Client Relationship Group and Centers of Excellence, including Banking, Lending & Trust (BL&T), with an emphasis on Trust Services.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on communication mediums, the communications review process, and the end-to-end communication lifecycle, collaborating with other communications teams to ensure strategic and message alignment.
- Collaborate with the communications review board and leadership to improve communication strategies and ensure effective implementation.
- Effectively manage several projects concurrently by maintaining transparent communication with team members, utilizing proven methodologies, and applying strategic problem-solving skills to address challenges.
- Execute communications plans aligned with business objectives, with a particular focus on supporting BL&T initiatives.
- Achieve objectives on time and within individual project timelines, working independently or as part of a development team.
- Seek feedback on completed communication projects to identify opportunities for improvements.
- Advise more experienced management on communications strategy to drive business priorities.
- Partner with other Communications teams to ensure alignment of communications strategies and messaging.
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- 5 years financial services experience.
- Ability to identify roadblocks and partner across an organization or Line of Business to create novel solutions to business challenges that affect the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with the desired audience.
- Experience leveraging communications as a key tool to advance business goals.
- Ability to reset expectations with partners and stakeholders and continue to drive process and business priority changes.
- Strong written communication skills, including demonstrated writing experience for field facing and home office enterprise teams.
- Ability to seek feedback in completed communication projects to identify opportunities for improvements.
- FINRA registration including Series 7 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
- FINRA registration including Series 24 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$100,000.00 - $179,000.00
