Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring high performance and seamless integration across systems.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop customized applications on Salesforce Lightning (LWC, Aura) and Apex.
Implement and maintain workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Optimize code and processes for scalability, performance, and security.
Work with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
Conduct unit testing, debugging, and deployment through CI/CD pipelines.
Maintain Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and documentation.
Required Skills:
3–5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and declarative tools.
Experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
Knowledge of data modeling, SOQL, and SOSL queries.
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Copado, Git, or Azure DevOps).
Salesforce Developer/Platform Developer certifications preferred.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with AppExchange products.
