What You'll Be Doing
- Operate haul trucks to transport raw materials safely and efficiently within the plant site
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all safety protocols and site procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Support plant operations by assisting with other tasks as needed

- Strong awareness of safety practices and hazard identification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs
- Reliable attendance and commitment to scheduled shifts
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with all company policies
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
