What You'll Be Doing
- Operate scale house systems to accurately weigh and record inbound/outbound materials
- Provide courteous and professional customer service to drivers, vendors, and internal teams
- Maintain organized records and perform basic data entry and reporting tasks
- Support site operations with general administrative duties
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and assist with site documentation as needed
What Are We Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately
- Comfortable using computers and basic office software (e.g., Excel, Outlook)
- Effective communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
