Overview
The Aviation Supervisor of Shuttle Services is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of airport shuttle transportation. This includes managing shuttle drivers, coordinating schedules, ensuring timely service, and maintaining safety and customer service standards. The role requires strong leadership, logistical coordination, and the ability to respond quickly to operational challenges.
Pay: $20.10/hour
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on the applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise shuttle drivers and dispatch operations to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.
- Coordinate fueling, vehicle maintenance, driver breaks, and route adjustments to meet operational demands.
- Monitor shuttle service intervals and ensure compliance with airport safety and service standards.
- Maintain accurate records of shuttle operations, including driver attendance, fuel usage, incidents, and route coverage.
- Provide coverage during staff absences, including call-ins, vacations, and breaks.
- Enforce radio communication protocols and operational procedures.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of service.
- Collaborate with airport authorities and other departments to optimize shuttle logistics.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to shuttle staff.
- Ensure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- MUST have CDL with Passenger Endorsement
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in transportation, logistics, or aviation preferred.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in shuttle services, transportation, or airport operations.
- Strong understanding of airport ground transportation logistics and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
