What you will do:
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes to develop optimization strategies.
- Gather, document, and communicate requirements and high-level estimates for defect fixes and enhancements.
- Independently prepare and execute automated test scripts, ensuring the highest degree of quality in all deliverables.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and technical teams to facilitate effective implementation of solutions and conduct peer reviews of test conditions and data requirements.
What you will need to have:
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, including in the Credit Union processing domain.
- 5+ years of experience in gathering requirements, documenting processes, and creating functional specifications.
- Proficiency in using advanced automated testing tools and frameworks such as JIRA, QTEST, Tosca, and conducting various testing methodologies.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and/or equivalent military experience.
What would be great to have:
- 4+ years of experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- 4+ years of experience leading, facilitating, and documenting functional processes and dialogue flows.
