What does a successful Executive Assistant do at Fiserv?
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide support to the Head of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Head of Global Tax and Treasury, and Issuer Solutions Chief Financial Officer. You will organize, and expedite flow of work through the Executive’s office. You will be responsible for a broad range of administrative support duties. You must possess the ability to stay several steps ahead and anticipate the needs that may arise. You will maintain confidentiality with the utmost professionalism and tact. The position enhances leader effectiveness through the execution of a variety of moderately complex administrative and secretarial duties requiring sensitivity, initiative and independent judgment.
What you will do:
- Oversee heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings
- Manage meeting preparation including attendees/invitations, logistics, audio/visual, catering, etc.
- Responsible for scheduling frequent and complex travel arrangements
- Manage expense reports and other administrative duties
- Responsible for event planning
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
- Proactively engage in assisting executives with emergent tasks (e.g., presentation preparation support, etc.)
- Exercise independent judgment to make administrative decisions and take-action in the executive's absence
What you will need to have:
- Experience in administrative support for Senior Executive
- Experience in calendar management, travel management and expense reporting
- 4+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related work experience and/or military experience

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and Teams

- Travel systems - e.g. Concur
