KPMG Lakehouse boasts 800 single king bed sleeping rooms, over 100,000 square feet of multi-purpose meeting space, along with 4 unique food and beverage venues including a 500+ seat three meal venue that features 8 diverse culinary experiences.

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of our outdoor grounds. The Groundskeeper will be responsible for the upkeep of landscaping, outdoor facilities, and designated areas to ensure a welcoming and well-maintained environment for all employees, participants, and visitors.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have previous landscaping experience and display a true desire to deliver exceptional service to enhance the participant stay experience
Ability to professionally communicate with facility participants and colleagues
Ability to stand for extended periods of time throughout work shift
Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight for the duration of work shift
Ability to perform repetitious duties
